Project Options are available in Visual Studio 2005 and 2008 via Project | Properties:
This generates the standard Project Properties dialog, which has seven main entries:
The configuration properties depend on the config selected and, by default, there are two provided: Debug and Release.
Use Visual Studio's Configuration Manager if you require custom config(s).
