Oxygene integration into Xcode is currently under internal investigation. We are looking to provide this feature in the future, but cannot give a timeline, at this stage.

In the mean time, we recommend using Visual Studio in VMware, and leverage the excellent support for Mono within Visual Studio that Oxygene provides.
